Product Manager - Banking Industry

Job description3+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, BaaS, or digital banking domains. Proven experience in building and scaling SaaS or API-first products. Strong understanding of APIs and technical documentation. Demonstrated ability to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation to adoption. Ability to translate business goals into actionable and creative product solutions. Skilled in developing and executing product strategies with long-term vision. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels — from developers to C-suite. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a passion for delivering customer value. Background in Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) or other fintech platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and a 'Get Things Done' attitude. About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team to build and scale innovative Fintech and Digital Banking products. Key Responsibilities :
- Own and define the product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Design product prototypes and workflows to validate ideas quickly.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide product direction.
- Continuously improve product experience based on user insights and data.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver impactful products.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and execute sprints.
- Prepare and present data-informed product pitches and updates to stakeholders.
