Job descriptionBuild and scale a high-performing team of AI / ML engineers, data scientists, and consultants Develop service offerings in AI / ML, GenAI, data analytics, and intelligent automation Establish delivery methodologies, reusable assets, and quality frameworks Architect secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions tailored to client needs Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle—from ideation to deployment Ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction across engagements Contribute to whitepapers, blogs, and webinars to showcase expertise Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and integrate them into practice offerings Promote ethical AI principles including transparency, fairness, and accountability Collaborate with sales and marketing to craft go-to-market strategies Engage with clients to identify opportunities and propose impactful solutions Own revenue targets, cost management, and profitability for the practice 15+ Overall experience with at least 5+ Years of years of experience in AI / ML, data 3+ years in a leadership role managing AI teams or practices Proven success in building and scaling consulting practices Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, GenAI, and MLOps Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills Domain knowledge in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing is a plus Visionary mindset with a bias for execution Passion for innovation and continuous learning Ability to mentor and inspire cross-functional teams Experience with IP creation, frameworks, and accelerators
