Medical Insurance : Coverage of - 3,00,000 for self, spouse, and up to two children (under 23 years) for treatment in India. Work Essentials : Laptop, mobile handset, SIM, and monthly recharge provided (as per grade). Employment Structure : As Sterling is a group of companies with limited expat quotas per Nigerian labor laws, appointment letters will be issued under the entity where visa quota is available. Lagos Posting : 6 months ON / 21 days OFF Plant / Site Posting : 6 months ON / 30 days OFF Monday to Friday : 8 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM Saturday : 8 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM Sunday : 8 : 30 AM to 2 : 00 PM Salary Cycle : Our salary processing and payout runs at a deferment of two months. For example : If joining is in July, then :
