What to Expect in This Role :

As a Legal Intern, you will :

• Gain  hands-on exposure  to complex international matters involving corporate, shipping, trade, energy laws.
• Assist in  drafting contracts, due diligence reports, pleadings, and arbitration notes .
• Support senior lawyers in  cross-border disputes, arbitrations, and litigation strategies .
• Conduct in-depth  legal research  on evolving international frameworks and case laws.
• Learn the practical side of legal practice from  client advisory work  to  regulatory compliance .
