JOB DETAILS

1.Quality control through inspection process throughout the factory manufacturing process

2.Able to correspondence with buyer any technical, approval, information or approval issue or any other required issue.

3.Always aiming latest technology for highest quality, Effective follow up, coordination and liaison the buyer-sample department-merchandiser-factories.

4.Follow buyer’s requirements very sincerely and follow their comments to make a good garment. Always try to making the buyer happy by following their rules & regulation.

5.Easy for understanding sample status we make workbook for buyer.

6.All type of sample good monitoring & requirement wise send to buyer for approval.

7.Work on Product development according to the buyer’s instruction.

8.Work with production teams to develop process flows and helped trouble shoot problems

9.Make sure to send sample according to buyer requirement & personally checking the sample fitting with related mannequin before dispatch to buying office / customer.

10.Implement various types of inspection to ensure quality standards and all technical specification is followed.

11.Able to Check block pattern about customer provide correction.

12.Able to support to tech. team & quality team re grading technical issue.

13.Attend buyer meeting Educate to operators about technical and buyer standard.

14.Check the shrinkage before bulk cutting accordingly adjusts the pattern.

15.Check print, Embroidery with approval swatch and give approval.

16.Check the accessories. With approved trim, file wise and give approval.
