Team Lead -Engineering

As an Team Lead of engineering at Lightcast, you will be a crucial member of our Engineering team, contributing to our mission by helping to build and develop innovative solutions. This role is tailored for individuals with a strong foundation in engineering and leadership capabilities at the associate manager level. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engineering projects and deliver impactful results.

Major Responsibilities :

• Project Leadership : Lead engineering projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring successful and on-time delivery.
• Technical Oversight : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Problem-Solving : Identify and address technical challenges, offering creative and effective solutions.
• Process Improvement : Contribute to process enhancement initiatives, optimizing workflows and ensuring efficiency.
• Documentation : Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for engineering projects and processes.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure engineering projects meet high-quality standards through rigorous testing and validation.
