What you'll do

1. Create high-converting short-form videos for Meta ads (Reels / Stories / Feed) and other paid channels.

2. Produce AI-driven storytelling videos with consistent characters across scenes / episodes.

3. Own the full pipeline : concept → script → AI generation / edit → sound / captions → export in ad-ready specs.

4. Iterate quickly using performance signals (CTR, Thumb-stop rate, CPC / CPM, CVR, ROAS).

5. Deliver multiple variants (hooks, lengths, CTAs) for A / B tests; ensure brand safety and Meta ad policies compliance.

Must-have skills

1. Hands-on AI video creation with at least one or more of : Google Veo 3, Sora (ChatGPT video), Midjourney, HeyGen, Nano Banana (or similar character / ID tools), Eleven labs, UGC / face / voice tools, plus Photoshop for assets.

2. Strong grasp of character consistency (continuity across scenes).

3. Proven track record creating direct-response ads for Meta (portfolio with real ad links or dashboard screenshots preferred).

Editing stack : Premiere / Final Cut / CapCut (or similar), sound design, captions, motion text, 9 : 16 best practices.

Ability to write / adapt hooks, CTAs, and story beats for 6–45s formats.

Nice to have

1. Experience creating videos for international markets (US, Canada, Africa).

2. UGC direction (talent prompts, voiceover cloning, lip-sync), multilingual captions.
