Role Description

We're looking for an innovative AI Video Content Specialist to join our creative agency. This role blends art and technology — you'll harness the latest AI-powered video creation tools to produce captivating, high-quality content for both our clients and our brand.

From short-form social videos to cinematic promotional pieces, you'll experiment with cutting-edge generative AI platforms to push creative boundaries. You'll collaborate closely with our creative, marketing, and strategy teams to conceptualize and execute video campaigns that stand out.

• Create visually engaging videos using the latest AI video generation tools
• Write, test, and optimize AI prompts for video generation, visual style, and storytelling.
• Convert scripts, storyboards, or brand concepts into compelling video outputs.
• Edit and enhance AI-generated clips using traditional video editing tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc.).
• Stay up to date on emerging AI tools, trends, and techniques in video production and visual storytelling.
• Develop and maintain efficient AI video production workflows for the agency.
• Collaborate with the creative team to align AI-driven content with brand strategy and campaign goals.
• Experiment with multimodal workflows — combining AI-generated visuals, voiceovers, and motion design .
• Manage and organize media assets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to high standards.
