Job Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Property Accounting Manager to join our team. With 10+ years of experience in commercial US property accounting, preferably as a senior manager or reviewer, this role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and skills.

Main Responsibilities :

• CAM Reconciliation Review and Preparation
• Budget to Actual Variance Analysis Writing and Reviewing
• Client Capex Policy Compliance
• Client Bad Debt Policies and Accounts Receivable Review
• Balance Sheet Support Schedules (Workpapers) Preparation and Review

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with previous experience with Yardi and MRI being a plus.

A degree in accounting is required, and management experience, training, and developing new accountants, process improvement ideas, design, and implementation experience would be highly valued.
