This role is perfect for a seasoned accounting professional looking to take on new challenges and responsibilities. As a Property Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing and preparing financials for commercial property clients.

Manage detailed financials and support for multiple clients, including CAM recs, budget variance analysis, client capex policies, bad debt policies, and balance sheet support schedules (workpapers).

Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Train and develop new accountants, creating training materials and driving growth in the team.

Requirements : ">

To succeed in this role, you should have :

10+ years of experience in US Property Accounting with a focus on commercial properties.

Strong analytical and communication skills, as well as excellent organizational abilities.

A strong background in accounting principles and practices.

PREFERRED : Experience with Yardi and MRI software.
