Account & Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Account & Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time position requires a Chartered Accountant with 7 to 12 years of experience in managing diverse financial operations. Tasks

  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities and ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements.
  • Handle taxation matters and ensure compliance.
  • Manage CMA data and provide financial insights.
  • Ensure RERA compliances are met.
  • Lead financial planning and budgeting processes.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
  • Monitor financial performance against budget and forecasts.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management.

Skills

  • Chartered Accountant qualification.
  • 7-12 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
  • Proficiency in accounts payable accounts receivable and bookkeeping.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting.
  • Expertise in taxation and RERA compliances.
  • Proven experience with CMA data analysis and financial planning.
  • Excellent budgeting and forecasting skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
