Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PreSchool Head located in Surat. The PreSchool Head will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the preschool, including overseeing staff, curriculum development, ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment, and fostering effective communication with parents. Tasks will include staff supervision and evaluation, coordinating with teachers to create and implement educational programs, managing budgets and resources, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills
• Experience in early childhood education, curriculum development, and teaching
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of child development and early education best practices
• Ability to foster a collaborative and supportive environment for staff and students
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certification and licensing for preschool management
