• Engage with potential learners via calls, chats, and online meetings.

• Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead conversion to enrollment.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to boost conversions.
• Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure excellent learner experience.
• Achieve and exceed targets with performance-based, uncapped incentives .
