Role Overview

Lead TPM programs on Salesforce TPM or Vistex TPM for CPG enterprises, orchestrating cross-functional teams and integrations across ERP / CRM and data platforms for measurable business impact across US / EU / APAC.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end TPM delivery : discovery → design → build → UAT → go-live → hypercare.
• Translate promo, pricing, rebates / claims, and deductions into scalable designs.
• Drive ERP / CRM & data integrations (ETL, MDM, analytics) with clear governance.
• Manage scope, risk, budget, vendor SLAs; publish executive dashboards.
• Champion adoption, training, and value realization in CPG markets.
