We are currently in the middle of a fundraise and are actively growing into new markets. As a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team, we are looking for someone who can work closely with the leadership team to accelerate execution across business development and fundraising.
Role Overview – Business Operations Lead (Fundraise + Business Dev)
We are seeking a Business Operations & Growth Lead who will support the leadership team across client acquisition, fundraising efforts, and internal business governance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving outcomes, thrives in ambiguity, and can translate plans into execution. You’ll help us open new markets, build relationships, and sharpen our commercial narrative.
You will play a key role in the ongoing fundraise while also helping us open new markets and strengthen our sales and outreach engine.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify potential clients and market segments across regions (Sweden, Germany, UK, India, etc.)
- Build outreach strategies for partnerships, pilots, and B2B deals
- Track and manage the business development pipeline, follow-ups, and meetings
Collateral & Sales Enablement
Prepare and maintain demos, one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and proposal templatesCoordinate with product / tech teams to tailor materials for different client segmentsIdentify positioning and marketing gaps to strengthen outreachInvestment & Fundraising Support
Prepare and refine investor pitch decks, financial projections, and company overviewsResearch and shortlist relevant VCs, angels, and strategic investorsInternal Business Governance
Run internal business operations cadences to track goals, outreach, and performanceSupport documentation, stakeholder communication, and leadership reportingHelp plan and monitor targets across sales, partnerships, and fundraisingRequirements
4–5 years in business development, consulting, operations, growth, founder’s office, or a fast-paced startup roleStrong communication, research, and presentation skillsAbility to structure outreach, build collateral, and manage pipelinesHighly organized with strong follow-through and stakeholder coordinationComfortable working across global markets and time zonesExperience in health tech / SaaS / B2B sales is a plus, but not mandatoryBased in Bangalore (hybrid)What We Offer
