The Role

Responsible for assisting the in maintaining and processing the Accounts Payable and Expenses function for China in accordance with Company's AP / Expenses policies and service level agreements with the business.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Expenses :

Ensure all receipts are being scanned into the Expenses admin system.

Ensure all invoices are being entered into the SAP system as per procedure

Assist and provide ad hoc reporting as and when required.
