Job Summary

The Head of Quality is responsible for leading and managing all quality assurance and improvement activities across products, processes, and systems. The role ensures adherence to the highest standards of quality, compliance with relevant regulations, and continuous enhancement of organizational performance. This position requires a strategic and proactive professional with strong leadership capabilities, a results-driven mindset, and deep expertise in quality systems within a manufacturing and engineering context.

What you can expect

• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance and prevent non-conformities related to product, process, or system performance
• Lead and support quality and process improvement initiatives across all departments
• Oversee quality control of work through systematic reviews and audits
• Undertake and manage special projects related to quality improvement as required
• Promote and implement customer-focused continuous improvement techniques such as Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), and Measurement System Analysis
• Participate in the development and refinement of Design and Process FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
• Manage and coordinate customer PPM (Parts per Million), cost recovery, and supplier warranty indicators
• Analyze quality data and present progress reports in management and project meetings
• Contribute to the achievement of organizational goals within defined budgets and timelines
• Stay updated on manufacturing and engineering trends that impact company products
• Represent the voice of the customer in all quality-related processes and activities
