Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager – Real Estate to lead our sales initiatives, drive channel partnerships, and manage comprehensive marketing activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leasing, client relationship management, fit-out coordination, documentation, and event planning to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
- Follow up on potential leads and connect with prospective customers and channel partners.
- Schedule site visits and explain project details comprehensively to clients.
- Recommend property options based on client requirements and guide them in the decision-making process.
Channel Partner Development
Identify and onboard new channel partners with strong potential.Provide complete project information to clients and partners in a timely and accurate manner.Deliver superior customer service and ensure courteous handling of all inquiries.Leasing & Reporting
Successfully manage retail and office space leasing (78,500 sq. ft. leased to date).Prepare and maintain daily reports on leasing activity and deal progression.Coordinate closely with legal, operations, and finance teams for a seamless leasing process.Documentation & Legal Coordination
Draft and manage LOIs, Lease Agreements, and CAM Agreements.Arrange final negotiation meetings between clients and internal legal teams.Act as a liaison between the legal and client teams to align terms and finalize agreements.Maintain and update all lease-related documentation and ensure inter-departmental coordination.Fit-Out Coordination
Work with clients to collect necessary drawings and documentation for work permits.Assist clients during the fit-out phase by resolving operational challenges.Collaborate with the project team for civil, MEP, and layout updates.Ensure a smooth leasing-to-possession journey for all clients through coordinated team efforts.Marketing, Events & Promotions
Coordinate with advertising and event management agencies for online and offline marketing.Maintain strong relationships with vendors for creative assets like brochures, ads, invites, and social media content.Plan and execute events such as festivals, national celebrations, and community outreach campaigns.Engage with local residential societies to promote brand presence and boost event footfall.Key Achievements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.1-5 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, preferably commercial.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong documentation, coordination, and organizational abilities.Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and project collaboration tools.Event planning and vendor management experience is a strong advantage.Skills Required
