Role Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and innovative
Social Media Executive
to lead ShopStock’s digital and promotional marketing initiatives. The role involves managing
email campaigns, social media strategy, website promotions, LinkedIn marketing, and digital communication .
This is a hands-on role requiring experience in content creation, campaign execution, and analytics. Over time, the position will expand to support
B2C websites
within the NewParts Group.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & LinkedIn Marketing
Develop, schedule, and manage ShopStock’s social media calendar
Create and post educational and promotional content (static, carousel, reels / videos)
Run
LinkedIn ad campaigns
targeting B2B professionals
Track and analyze campaign performance using platform insights
Stay updated on USA automotive B2B digital trends
2. Email Marketing & Automation
Plan and execute
email campaigns
for offers, promotions, and newsletters
Work with
Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot
(experience with at least one required)
Segment audiences (repair shops, jobbers, fleets) for targeted campaigns
Track performance metrics — open rate, CTR, conversions, etc.
3. Website Communication & Promotions
Coordinate with the
Sr. Manager – ShopStock
and
Central Design Team
to update banners, offers, and landing pages
Maintain promotional pop-ups and website visuals to drive conversions
4. Content Creation & Design
Create high-quality creatives and short videos using :
Adobe Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Canva / Figma
for quick designs
Filmora / CapCut / Final Cut Pro
for video editing
Write compelling captions, ad copy, and headlines for the USA B2B audience
Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms
5. Reporting & Collaboration
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
Collaborate with the
Sr. Brand Marketing Manager
for group-level campaigns
Coordinate with the
Central Design Team
on creative production
Gradually extend marketing support to
B2C websites
under the NewParts Group
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in
social media, email marketing, or digital marketing
Prior experience with a
USA-based automotive / e-commerce company
preferred
Strong understanding of USA B2B and B2C digital markets
Hands-on with : Social Tools :
LinkedIn Campaign Manager, native scheduling tools
Email Tools :
Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Constant Contact
Design Tools :
Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Filmora / CapCut
Education :
B.Tech / MBA / Digital Marketing specialization
Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Willingness to work in a hybrid setup
