Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Manager (Anodising) located in Mumbai. The Business Manager will oversee day-to-day business in the Anodizing and allied Light Metal Chemistries. Responsibilities are largely in the commercial and technical realm and include developing and implementing business strategies, managing budgets, and leading a team to achieve the Anodising segment and company goals. The Business Manager will primarily maintain client relationships, identify market opportunities, enable and supervise trials and follow through for orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Anodising and General Metal Finishing processes
• Strong understanding of Anodising production processes, quality control, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing business strategies in this sector.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and reach out to prospects for business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical / Metallurgy / Mechanical Engineering with a Business Management would be ideal.
• Relevant experience in the field of Electroplating, Specialty Chemicals, or similar industry is mandatory. Applicants without relevant experience will not be considered.
