Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Digital Brand Engagement Strategist to develop and execute impactful social media strategies that drive consistent follower growth, engagement, and conversions across multiple brand locations.
The role requires creative storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and strong coordination with design, video, and marketing teams to maintain a balanced content mix : reels, carousels, stories, testimonials, influencer collaborations, and trending audio content.
The ideal candidate will research social trends and audience behavior to refine brand tone and posting strategy, ensuring posts go out on time and align with the overall campaign calendar.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning :
- Create monthly content calendars outlining post frequency, campaign themes, and growth objectives.
- Maintain a consistent and family-friendly voice that emphasizes fun, trust, and community.
- Content Creation & Execution :
- Collaborate with the design and video teams to develop engaging and visually appealing content.
- Ensure posts go out on time and align with the overall campaign calendar.
- Community Management & Growth :
- Drive organic follower growth through consistent posting, trend participation, and engagement strategies.
- Build relationships with local influencers and community pages for collaborations and cross-promotions.
- Analytics & Reporting :
- Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, saves, shares, and follower growth.
- Create monthly reports highlighting wins, learnings, and actionable insights.
- Collaboration & Coordination :
- Work closely with account managers and marketing leads to align on brand goals and campaign direction.
- Align with paid ads and SEO teams for integrated marketing performance.
