About the Role :

le : We are looking for a Business Excellence Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience in driving process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in process development, optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies. This role plays a key part in identifying performance gaps, streamlining operations, and enabling sustainable business grow

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of business processes to drive efficiency, quality, and performance.
• Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, implement best practices, and ensure process compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented processes.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to compliance, quality, and regulatory standard
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to build a culture of process excellence across the organization.
