This role serves as a key enabler of Castro India performance unit HSE&C (Health, Safety, Environment & Carbon) agenda, ensuring alignment with bp's Operating Management System (OMS) and regulatory expectations.
The position leads the implementation of road Safety compliance processes, managing road safety risk to Castrol front line sales staff, maintaining road safety policies and procedures for Castrol India limited for South and west India region.
Acting as the focal point for Road Safety training, and customer engagement, the role supports front line sales team safe, compliant vehicles —contributing directly to bp's broader strategy of delivering safe, efficient, and low-carbon energy solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Education
University degree (or equivalent work experience), preferably in a technical subject area. Formal health, safety, environmental or sustainability qualification (e.g. NEBOSH diploma) or graduate degree or equivalent experience desirable
