Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Assistant based in Bhiwandi. The Production Assistant will support day-to-day production activities, assisting with workflows to ensure efficient and timely output. Duties include monitoring production processes, supporting quality control efforts, coordinating tasks with team members, and editing production-related documentation or reports. The role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and close collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Assistance and Quality Control, with an understanding of manufacturing workflows and standards
• Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service while addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
• Skills in Editing and maintaining accuracy for production documentation and records
• Teamwork and collaboration capabilities to work effectively with diverse teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site operational setting in Bhiwandi
