IT Network & Systems Specialist

We are looking for a proficient IT Network & Systems Specialist to manage, support, and strengthen our enterprise-level IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across networking, systems administration, and IT security . You will play a key role in maintaining system uptime, optimizing performance, and ensuring secure, seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPNs, VLANs , and routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP .
• Install and manage networking hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper).
• Implement and maintain security measures including firewall rules, IDS / IPS, and Web Application Firewalls.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and Mac systems.
• Manage NAS storage , data backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Monitor network performance using SNMP-based tools like Zabbix or SolarWinds.
• Provide tier 2 / 3 technical support for user systems, connectivity, and software issues.
• Manage endpoint protection , antivirus systems, and IT asset inventories.
• Develop and maintain network documentation , architecture diagrams, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient IT operations.
