Responsibilities :

• You will need to prospect and partner with agencies and corporates for their advertising plans including developing new client databases through networking, cold calling, references, etc.
• You will have individual responsibility to generate new business and are expected to self-manage; however, you will be part of a growing team and support is available from seniors.
• You will have to take personal responsibility for all pitches and sales opportunities for your clients.
• You will need to possess excellent negotiation, and external and internal communication skills for the purpose of ensuring that all opportunities to drive sales volume are capitalized on.
• Creating presentations, database management, CRM, and sales report maintenance.
• Problem-solving within the context of the job and - Do market research and evaluate customer needs accordingly.
• Work efficiently so that the targets are met in time for effective business development.
