• Shift : 8 : 00 pm - 5 : 30 am Night US Process
• Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for the US market
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and politely
• Maintain high call quality and customer satisfaction
• Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal)
• Willing to work night shifts (USA time zone)
• Customer-first approach and professional behavior

• Experienced Candidates Only : ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 / month (based on experience)
