5. Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge

6. Effective probing & analyzing skills and capable of doing a multi-tasking of voice & data entry

7. Knowledge on

Mortgage

process is plus.

8. Supporting L1 Service Desk / Ticketing Applications / Working on US Healthcare domain Applications
