Role Description
This is role for a Senior Dynamics CRM professional. The Senior Dynamics CRM professional will be responsible for managing and optimizing CRM systems, developing strategies to improve customer relationships, and working closely with sales and project management teams. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring the CRM system supports business needs effectively.
- Build CRM forms, screens, and views workflows and reports for the user interface
- Develop and deliver reports, briefs, presentations and project schedules to key project stakeholders
- Lead a team during all the steps of the project, carry out the solution design of the system and supervise the assigned tasks
- NET Technologies (C#, .NET Framework 3.5 and followed, WCF, MSMQ, Windows Services)
- SQL Server 2008 and followed, Reporting Services, SSIS
- Talent for connecting with onshore and offshore teams to facilitate project work
- Work closely with Business Service Managers, IT Business Service Analysts and business partners in managing day-to-day issues, identifying process improvement opportunities, and designing solutions to satisfy business needs
- Advocate the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to improve straight-through processes, controls, and reporting
- Assist in the management of assigned projects assuring target dates are achieved and quality is maintained
- Serve as a contributing member of a cross-functional, agile delivery team
Qualifications for Microsoft dynamics CRM
Previous experience Project Managing a MS Dynamics CRM implementation would be beneficialScrum Master Certificate is requiredWorking knowledge of enterprise integration and third-party enterprise integration tools (E.G., Scribe, WebSphere, Informatics)Strong Domain understanding of CRM in Industries including Banking and Insurance, Manufacturing, Education, Healthcare, Government and Public Sector6+ years of experience as a technical Subject Matter Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other related Microsoft Technologies and leading complex scoping effortsDeep background with installation, setup, configuration, implementation, integration and testing of CRM solutions using best practices implementation methodology and / or Microsoft Sure Step methodology
