Job Description :
Responsible for recording and managing purchase card transactions in compliance with Company procurement policies, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing of purchases.
Responsible for verifying purchase requisitions and purchase order (POs) before approval, ensuring that all procurement activities comply with organizational policies, budgets and supplier agreements.
Ensuring successful execution of tasks, events, or projects by managing schedules, budgets, and resources.
Responsible for including tracking progress, communicating with stakeholders and providing administrative support.
Assist and up skill other Team members
Help management with task delegation and prioritization
Openness to using innovative technologies to optimize ways of working
Ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and implement best practices
Initial understanding of basic contracting principles and structures
