What You Should Know About This Job

We are urgently looking for Python engineer . This is a 6-month to 1 Year contract opening.

Relevant Experience : 6+ Years

Domain : Payment Integration

Contract Duration - Upto 1 Year

Job Description :

In our Payment Integrations team, we handle the connections between various payment methods and our system. We directly build integrations for major payment providers and support smaller partners in using our APIs. Our focus is always on improving and automating the system while expanding our product options-so that customers across Africa have more ways to pay easily and securely.

Required Tech Stack

Languages : Python

Infrastructure : AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Server less)

Databases : MongoDB, MySQL

Tools : Jira, Confluence, Git, Postman, Cypress

CI / CD & Automation : GitLab Pipelines

Monitoring : Grafana / Sentry

Role expectations

Successfully complete development tasks for payment integrations

Design, build, and integrate technical requirements alongside the team on inflight and new payment integrations

Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant processing

Effective Troubleshooting and Debugging of Payment Integration issues

Independently diagnose and propose solutions for issues and incidents, leveraging logs, monitoring, and code analysis.
