About the Role

We are seeking a

Senior AI Analyst

to support end-to-end product development and analytics initiatives. You’ll work with large datasets, develop AI-driven insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and transform complex datasets using advanced data wrangling and preprocessing techniques.

Design and maintain data pipelines integrating information from multiple sources.

Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and business insights.

Develop and deploy AI-based analytical models using

Python

and

SQL .

Create insightful dashboards and visualizations using

Tableau

and

Excel .

Translate AI model results into actionable recommendations for technical and business teams.

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to operationalize AI solutions.

Evaluate and fine-tune ML models for performance, scalability, and business relevance.

Stay current with emerging AI / ML technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in AI analysis, data science, or analytics.

Strong expertise in

Python

(NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) and

SQL .

Proven skills in

EDA ,

statistical modeling

(regression, classification, clustering), and

data pipeline development .

Proficiency in

Tableau

and

Excel

for visualization and reporting.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and version control (Git) preferred.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Exposure to

Retail or CPG industry

is an added advantage.
