Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily on-site activities, coordinate with various stakeholders, ensure adherence to safety standards, and manage project timelines and quality. The role involves supervising construction workers, inspecting work progress, and resolving any issues that arise on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision, project management, and construction oversight
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders
• Ability to manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in commercial or industrial infrastructure projects is a plus
