Job Description : -

• Extensive experience working with AS400 systems, including RPG programming and DB2 databases.
• Proven track record in leading legacy system retirement and enterprise system integration projects.
• Familiarity with MES platforms and SAP S / 4HANA is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing or regulated industry environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project deliverables independently.
• Lead the assessment, planning, and execution of AS400 legacy application retirement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with MES and SAP S / 4HANA platforms.
• Analyze existing AS400 systems, document business processes, and identify dependencies.
• Develop and implement migration strategies including data archival, system decommissioning, and validation.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise IT standards, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across business, IT, and operations to align project goals and timelines.
• Support testing, cutover planning, and post-migration stabilization activities.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and vendors.
