Junior Webflow Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Webflow Developer with 1–2 years of experience building responsive websites and landing pages. You'll collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to create high-performing web experiences, integrate tools, and optimize for speed, SEO, and conversions. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow their Webflow expertise.

The Charter will include

• Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow, leveraging CMS, interactions, and animations
• .Implement basic frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom embeds and advanced functionality
• .Collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to bring marketing funnels and campaigns to life
• .Integrate forms, scripts, and third-party marketing tools (Zapier, Segment, HubSpot, etc.)
• .Optimize websites for SEO, page speed, and conversion-focused layouts
• .Implement analytics tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel) and ensure data accuracy
• .Support A / B testing, funnel experiments, and performance monitoring
