Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Bengaluru. The Social Media Manager will oversee the implementation of effective social media strategies to enhance CapsLock's online presence. Responsibilities include creating and curating engaging content, managing social media channels, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. Collaboration with the content and marketing teams and staying updated on social media trends are key aspects of this role.

Role Responsibilities

• Create scroll-stopping Reels and YouTube Shorts that drive organic growth for both brands.
• Own the content calendar, from ideation to execution.
• Shoot and edit videos, crafting hooks that make people stop mid-scroll.
• Build and manage communities that engage daily.
• Analyze content performance and use data to inform strategy and double down on what works.
• A portfolio demonstrating Reels / Shorts that consistently hit 100K+ views.
• Hands-on video shooting and editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
