Position Overview

We are seeking a Team Lead F&A to oversee our Shared Services Finance team. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end activities ensuring accuracy of financial reporting and leading finance operations with a strong focus on compliance efficiency and process improvement. As a senior leader you will manage a team of analysts oversee the month-close process and play a key role in ERP implementation and optimization (NetSuite).

Compensation range for this role is 18-19.5 LPA and will be commensurate with the candidates experience skills and qualifications

What Youll Do

• Lead and manage the finance team across multiple F&A functions within Shared Services.
• Oversee month-close activities including scheduling review of reports and accuracy of financial statements.
• Review and approve journal entries (routine and non-routine including tax adjustments).
• Ensure compliance with controllership requirements and accounting standards.
• Drive NetSuite implementation projects with hands-on involvement in system setup workflows and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support audit readiness and compliance.
• Provide financial leadership by analyzing results preparing variance reports and supporting strategic decisions.
• Mentor and coach team members to build capability engagement and growth within the team.
