Role Description

We are looking for a Junior Software Tester with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in automation and API testing . This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai , where you’ll work closely with senior developers and QA leads to ensure every release meets top-tier quality standards. You’ll be involved in writing and executing automated test scripts, validating APIs, and contributing to continuous improvement in our QA processes.

Some work-from-home flexibility is available as part of our hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Execute automated and manual test cases for web and API-based applications
• Validate APIs and endpoints using tools like Postman or similar
• Create, maintain, and enhance automation scripts (preferably in Playwright , Selenium , or Reqnroll )
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to reproduce and resolve defects
• Prepare detailed test reports, track issues, and verify fixes using Jira
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to testing best practice
