Demonstrated capability to conduct diagnostic assessments and provide strategic recommendations in
Retail & MSME Banking
with the specific focus on
Lending
across areas such as :
Business Strategy & Transformation
Customer experience
Digital transformation .
Product innovation, etc
Proven experience in Lending, especially with the focus on loan origination, customer relationship management and collections, with demonstrated capability to lead and execute large transformation programs including implementation of application and systems in this area.
Should have executed engagements in Agile with hands on experience in Jira or similar tool. Prior exposure to salesforce is a plus.
Demonstrated capability to drive projects and direct teams for their timely execution, and manage project timelines, deliverables, and team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with client stakeholders including CXOs, business heads, and operations teams.
Help create POVs with latest trends in the market and development in FS ecosystem and technology
Contribute to business development initiatives, RFPs, proposals, and thought leadership.
Collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders to execute projects, assignments etc.
Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting
Detailed knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio etc.
Demonstrated strong problem-solving experience in
Change and Transformation environment , along with experience in
driving adoption of new technologies
(e.g., loan origination systems, etc.).
Strong listening, problem solving, analytical skills and excellent communication skills (both spoken and written English)
Preferred candidates from Tier-1 colleges and B-Schools.
Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and documentation skills
Must be a self-starter and a team player with prior experience in working in cross-functional teams.
