Job Summary
The Customer Support Executive is responsible for managing and growing relationships with the company's most strategic and high-value clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and relationship management, with a strong ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. This role is a critical link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring mutual success and long-term partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with internal departments and with customers.
- Act as the main point of contact for all client matters, anticipating their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross selling.
- Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize business growth and client value.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, supply, marketing, finance and tech) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account progress and performance metrics. Qualifications and Experience.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer support management or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and growing a portfolio of clients.
- Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and a solid understanding of sales processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Graduate.
