What you'll do

As the Automation specialist Procedure Owner , you will be instrumental in delivering robust, highly automated, and downtime-optimized lifecycle management processes within the Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS)  organization. Your role will focus on enhancing integration scenarios and operational processes that support the rapid growth of RISE with SAP . A key objective is to increase automation and process stability, reducing manual intervention and lowering total cost of ownership (TCO), while enabling faster service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive innovation by introducing standardized, cloud-like maintenance activities that improve customer experience.
• Optimize and stabilize backup and recovery lifecycle management procedures using analytical tools and data-driven insights.
• Create Automation procedure using internal tools for Migration related activities like Brownfield post processing, Pre migration…. Etc
• Coordinate requirements engineering, define priorities, and develop structured action plans with aligned timelines using in-house automation tools and technologies
• Collaborate with internal teams and an extended expert network to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain effective stakeholder management across ECS Delivery and associated departments.
• Track and manage technical change requests using tools such as Jira .
• Develop, align, and execute test plans; support testing, validation, and rollout activities.
• Provide support for technology-driven initiatives in complex, dynamic environments.
