Lead and scale Business Services operations across your region (EMEA, Americas, or APAC), driving service excellence, efficiency, and business impact.

You’ll own regional results — from strategy and governance to delivery and performance — while partnering closely with global and functional leaders to align goals and ensure world-class service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute the regional GBS strategy aligned with global direction and market needs.
• Lead transitions, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across locations.
• Manage budgets, organizational structure, and performance KPIs.
• Build and lead high-performing teams across multiple business functions.
