Regional Head – Global Business Services (GBS)
Lead and scale Business Services operations across your region (EMEA, Americas, or APAC), driving service excellence, efficiency, and business impact.
You’ll own regional results — from strategy and governance to delivery and performance — while partnering closely with global and functional leaders to align goals and ensure world-class service delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and execute the regional GBS strategy aligned with global direction and market needs.
- Lead transitions, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across locations.
- Manage budgets, organizational structure, and performance KPIs.
- Build and lead high-performing teams across multiple business functions.
- Strengthen customer-centric culture and ensure delivery within quality and cost targets.
Profile :
18+ years of experience, including leadership in global or regional shared services / GBS setup.Proven record in process transformation, transitions, and operational excellence (Lean / Six Sigma preferred).Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
