Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Hospet. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role also includes conducting sales training sessions, implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The individual will work closely with the sales team to ensure continuous growth and improvement in sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in conducting Training sessions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Engineering or Diploma Engineering in Mechanical with Minimum 1 year experience
• Proficiency with sales software and CRM systems is a plus
