Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide Technical operations oversight to end-to-end execution of EPC Greenfield and Brownfield projects, including Install and commissioning, design, engineering, erection, commissioning, and handover for national and international customers.
- Oversee project technical operations, P&L, revenue, billing and cash collections, and team development for BMS Projects.
- Manage Data Centers, Metro, Airports, Pharma, Commercial, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Support contracts, Sourcing, conduct techno-commercial studies, cost-benefit analysis, tendering, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Implement and monitor project risk mitigation strategies, contingency planning, and corrective actions including identifying the opportunities.
- Ensure operational excellence in installation, commissioning, and stakeholder management.
- Analyze MIS reports, Daily Progress reports, Weekly Progress reports and monthly Project Management reports and key business metrics to support critical decision-making.
- Foster a positive organizational culture, mentor teams, and drive professional development.

Key Skills & Certifications
Project Management : PMP or equivalent certification preferred; proven experience in project planning, execution, and closure.Building Management Systems (BMS) : Expertise in design, deployment, and commissioning of BMS and IBMS solutions.Fire & Security Systems : Hands-on experience with fire alarm, suppression, access control, CCTV, and security integration.Automation & Controls : Proficiency in PLC, SCADA and building automation.Technical Operations : Strong background in IBMS, Building Automation Projects in Fire, Safety, CCTV, Gas separation systems and BMS, preferably on Honeywell products.IT & Tools : SAP, MS Projects, AutoCAD, MS Office, Cora etc.Compliance : Experience with 21CFR guidelines, CMMI certification, and quality management systems.Leadership : Strategic planning, stakeholder management, team building, and cross-functional collaboration.Qualifications

12+ years of experience in technical operations in IBMS, project management, and team leadership,Certifications : PMPDesirable Attributes
