Hudle up! We're looking for an Associate Brand Manager to join our team, both at work and at play!
About CoPlay : CoPlay ( powered by Hudle ) is a community-first brand that operates 40+ premium sports facilities across the country. We want to build the biggest and most loved sports community brand and aim to build and operate 100+ sports facilities / clubs across the country over the next few years. To build this vision, we are looking to hire an exceptional Associate Brand Manager who will help us build the CoPlay brand across channels.
About the Role : This is a generalist Brand role which will encompass core Brand, social and marketing activities for CoPlay. The Associate Brand Manager will get access to a team of social media executives, design executives and more skilled resources as and when needed. CoPlay's mission is to build a community for 10L+ players and operate 500 sports facilities across the country shortly. The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for leading ideation, execution and operations. Some highlights of the role include,
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning - Develop and execute a holistic brand and marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. Ensure cohesive brand voice and visual identity across all digital and offline channels.
2. Organic & Paid Marketing - Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of organic and paid marketing across all key platforms to drive engagement, community growth, and retention. Set KPIs, manage budgets, optimise across Meta, Google and other platforms
3. Content & Campaign Operations - Own the end-to-end content lifecycle and calendars - from ideation to publishing - ensuring timely, high-quality, and brand-aligned output.
4. Analytics & Insights - Use analytics tools (Meta Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, etc.) to measure campaign performance and user behaviour. Deliver regular reports and dashboards with insights, learnings, and data-backed recommendations for campaign improvement.
5. External Collaborations & Influencer Partnerships - Identify and manage strategic collaborations with influencers, creators, and partner brands to drive brand visibility and community engagement. Negotiate partnership terms, co-create content, and measure outcomes against brand and business KPIs.
6. Offline Brand Engagement - Actively manage brand presence during offline events, activations, and venue-level activities. Capture and convert on-ground experiences into engaging digital content.
7. Team Leadership & Task Delegation - Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing and content team (full-time and part-time). Set clear goals, delegate responsibilities, and streamline workflows for efficiency and ownership across the team.
Requirements :
3+ years of experience in core brand operations for B2C brands
Past experience in QSR, Retail, Cafe and related industries.
Ability to execute, action-oriented, quick thinker and ability to deal with complexity.
Excellent organisational & communication skills.
Self-motivated, team player & willing to learn.
Ability to network and work with internal and external stakeholders
