The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
About the Role.
Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Handle salary revisions, bonuses, and deductions
- Coordinate with finance for disbursement and reconciliation
Statutory Compliance
Ensure timely filing and payment of PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory duesMaintain records and documentation for audits and inspectionsStay updated on labor laws and statutory regulationsLiaise with government authorities and consultants as neededHR Operations
Maintain employee database and attendance recordsSupport onboarding and exit formalitiesAssist in HR documentation and policy implementationAddress employee queries related to payroll and complianceQualifications
MBA in HR, Commerce, or related fieldMinimum 4 years of experience in payroll and statutory complianceProficiency in MS Excel and payroll softwareStrong understanding of labor laws and statutory frameworksExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesRequired Skills
