Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist who can manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in fostering a positive work culture and ensuring smooth HR operations within our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle the complete recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions across departments (creative, operations, and business teams).
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation of new hires.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, and attendance systems.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and maintain personnel files.
  • 3. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
  • Build a positive and motivating work environment aligned with the company’s creative and collaborative culture.
  • Conduct feedback sessions and grievance handling.
  • 4. Performance Management

  • Support managers during appraisals and performance reviews.
  • Track KRAs and coordinate for periodic evaluations and growth discussions.
  • 5. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate internal / external training sessions.
  • Maintain records of learning and development initiatives.
  • 6. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare HR dashboards on hiring, attrition, and engagement.
  • Share periodic reports and insights with management for better decision-making.
  • Desired Skills & Attributes

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2–3 years of HR experience (preferably in hospitality, creative, or consulting industry).
