We are seeking a motivated software Procurement Specialist to manage our company’s IT-related procurements. This role involves strategizing to find cost-effective deals, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that all IT purchases align with business goals and budget constraints

• .Key Responsibilitie
• Analyze organizational software needs and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
• Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure favorable terms
• Procure and manage IT-related software products
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and invoices
• Track and process software renewals and manage subscriptions
• Resolve supplier issues, disputes and invoicing concerns
• Develop and implement procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives
• .Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field is preferred (or 5+ years’ experience in a similar role)
• Proven experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or sourcing
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of software and services
