Accounts Manager | US Accounts & Indian Accounts (21 / 10 / 2025)

Position : Accounts Manager

Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Shift : US Shift 6 : 30pm to 3 : 30am IST

Experience : 7–12 years in Accounting, Payroll & Compliance (Indian + US Accounting exposure required)

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Direct & Indirect Taxes.
• Expert-level payroll knowledge across industries & states in India.
• Hands-on expertise in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Advanced Excel.
• Exposure to Transfer Pricing, US Payroll, and US GAAP basics.
• Ability to handle multi-entity, multi-currency operations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with US & India teams.
• Willingness to work in night / semi-night shifts.
