Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager with a strong background in FMCG, specifically in skincare, personal care, or cosmetic care, to join our growing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing key accounts in marketplace environments, driving sales growth, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Account Management :

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Sales Strategy :

Implement and execute sales strategies tailored to marketplace platforms to achieve revenue targets.

Market Analysis :

Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Collaboration :

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to align strategies and optimize account performance.

Performance Tracking :

Monitor and report on account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Negotiation :

Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements and manage contract renewals.

Problem Solving :

Address any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3-4 years of experience in key account management within the FMCG sector, with a focus on skincare, personal care, or cosmetic care.

Proven experience in managing accounts on marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.

Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
